Figurebi is a new brand founded by the holding Ibercompany, which has already commenced its first project in Tbilisi, in the Saburtalo district on Politkovskaya Street. The core feature of the brand is the efficient use of space, practical solutions, and the creation of shared resources.

The current market reality shows that there is a high demand for smaller apartments, which are affordable for the majority of people, yet these spaces often struggle to comfortably accommodate and organize all their needs. In response, the Figurebi complex will offer smart solutions and shared resources available to the entire community, free of charge.

For example, the complex will feature a shared multifunctional space for personal events—whether for friendly gatherings, movie screenings, dance or yoga classes, and more. Additionally, Figurebi will include a common workspace. Other shared offerings will include, for instance, a set of rare household appliances, and this list is continuously growing and evolving to simplify the daily lives of residents.

Since the aesthetics, spatial planning, and offerings of the residential complex are driven by functionality, it became clear that the brand’s philosophy closely aligns with the principles of the renowned German architectural and artistic movement Bauhaus, which served as the inspiration for the brand’s visual identity. The idea for the name stems from the sharp geometric forms characteristic of this style.

Figurebi places a strong emphasis on energy-efficient, high-quality materials. To ensure the comfort of residents, the complex will include a three-level parking lot, children’s areas, a sports field, and an inner courtyard.

Figurebi Jikia is the first residential complex of the development company Figurebi. Apartments start from 32m², ensuring that everyone can find a suitable apartment with the desired size and specifications within the project.

Construction work began in September 2023, and the completion of all works is planned for the end of 2025. We carry out the construction ourselves, which provides us with an excellent opportunity for quality control. In the future, we plan to expand and develop new projects in other districts of Tbilisi.
