Current construction process

The construction of the residential complex of Figurebi Jikia, which will be completed at the end of 2025, has entered a new stage

The works of the 𝟯 level parking lot have been completed
The foundation of the building is poured
Currently, verticals from -9.7 mark to -6.7 mark are being arranged (specifically: columns, stiffness diaphragms, walls).

The current construction process for the month of April

The construction of the residential complex at the intersection of Jikiya and N. Politkovskaya N46 has progressed to a new stage.

• The completion of the underground floors of the main building structure has been finalized.
• At this stage, the installation of columns and stiffness diaphragms for the ground floor has been completed at the 0.00 elevation mark, while the construction of the roofing slab at the +4.00 elevation mark has commenced.
• Furthermore, insulation of the walls surrounding the underground floor, in contact with the ground, has been finished, and the process of backfilling these walls with soil is currently underway.

The current construction process for the month of July

The underground floors of the building have been completed. Currently, the construction of the seventh floor above ground is underway. Next month, block arrangement and plastering works are planned to proceed in parallel with the engineering tasks.

❑ The reinforced concrete works for the detached three-level parking lot have been completed.

❑ The foundation of the residential building has been poured.

❑ The insulation of the perimeter walls of the underground floors in contact with the ground, along with the ground backfilling works, have been completed.

❑ Presently, the arrangement of vertical elements (columns, stiffness diaphragms) is in progress at the levels from +20.00 to +23.20 (floors 7-8).

❑ Next month, block arrangement and plastering works are planned to proceed in parallel with the engineering tasks.

The construction is proceeding according to plan and is scheduled for completion by the end of 2025.

The current construction process for October

Construction of the residential complex "Figurebi" on Jikia has reached 𝟭𝟭 completed floors, with the following details on the current progress: 

❑ The ferro-concrete works for the free-standing 𝟯-level parking lot have been completed.
❑ The foundation of the residential building has been poured.
❑ Insulation of the perimeter walls of the underground floors in contact with the ground, as well as ground backfilling works, have been completed.
❑ The roof tiles of the 𝟭𝟭th floor have been finished, and the arrangement of the 𝟭𝟮th floor is currently underway.

The construction is proceeding according to plan and is expected to be completed by the end of 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱.
