The project includes a multi-functional space, which you can use free of charge according to your own interests, if necessary, for example, celebrate a birthday party, organize movie screenings, dance or yoga classes, etc.

The complex includes a generator that provides electricity for common spaces and security systems, as well as energy-efficient materials, which significantly saves utility bills.

_The concept

Figurebi Jikia is inspired by the Bauhaus architectural principles. Simplicity, efficiency and sharp geometric figures, characteristics of this direction, can be seen in every detail of the project — from the exterior to the apartment specifications. The ideology of Bauhaus also dictates the smart use of resources, which is reflected in the brand's value proposition, too.
